Your little toddler is busy learning, approaching the world with curiosity and seeking a sense of belonging. Our toddler program encourages the children to build a community in an environment that supports learning together and caring for each other.
The toddlers eat their meals at table together which is catered from wholesome foods under the Canadian food guidelines, and enjoy an open concept Montessori classroom with free play and weekly planned activities that promote exploration and learning. The Children play daily in the outdoor playground or on days when the weather doesn’t cooperate, they will play in the classroom with indoor activities with music and movement or walking on the line. 2.5-6 Years
Casa
According to Maria Montessori, children aged 3 to 6 have a Conscious Absorbent Mind. At this stage, they continue to absorb everything from their environment as they did when they were toddlers, but they now primarily use their hands to learn.
Our Casa program is centered around using the sense of touch to learn complex concepts. The classroom features child-sized shelves that display specialized materials that are used progressively to learn everything from math and language to geography and life skills. Children choose their own activities and work independently or in small groups to complete them. Calmness of spirit becomes the direct result of doing an activity that is freely chosen by the child.

We couldn't be happier with this Montessori! We were trying to find a good place for our 3 and a half year old son and we are so lucky we found this place right when it was being opened. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. The place is spacious, clean and very kid friendly as a Montessori should be but seldom Montessori schools are. My son did not even cry once and he loves going there everyday. We can already see positive development in our son's everyday life skills. I would highly recommend enrolling their child at Kinderbrook Montessori!.

My younger son goes to Kinderbrook Montessori at Ajax from March 2022. We have amazing experience so far and teachers are very good and caring. If I have any concern or question their response is very quick. And my son every morning promptly gets ready to unlock the fun stored in the center. When he comes back, we also could feel he had a fun filled day. Also, we are noticing he started speaking more after he started montessori.

My son is 33 months old and he recently started going to Kinderbrook montessori Ajax. We had hard time finding a good montessori and this was the only available immediately. We got lucky and found the best one with caring teachers for my son. They are very kind and they’ll respond immediately with whatever concerns you have. He enjoys the activities they make them do. Once he is back home explains the activities he did. This enthusiasm is created by teachers is one of the best things we have observed.
